Cancellation Notice
Please remember that we require 24 hours notice of a postponement or cancellation of a mow.
If we arrive at a property (or begin to mow a property) and are told that our services are not required on that particular day, a call out fee will be incurred
Changes to Property
We require notification of any changes or additions to properties that could result in damage to our equipment or the property.
This includes hidden hazards such as pipes, metal, wood, rocks. Cutting Edge Lawns does not take responsibility for any damage that has occurred without notification of said changes.

We have three cutting services:
Ride On Mowing
Our Walker Ride-On Mower side chutes, mulches and catches grass clippings. This services larger sections, lifestyle blocks, large showhomes and commercial properties. Most ride-on mowing jobs start from $90 - $110 depending on the size of the lawn and if you want the grass taken away and dumped, or mulched and left on the property.
Premium Cut
This cut includes weed eating around all edges of concrete, around trees and fences, with blowing off of any grass mess afterwards. Push-mowing prices start at $35.00 for small apartment lawns with an average lawn cut costing $55 - $70 depending on the size of the lawn.
General Cut
This is our regular cut without edges done or blowing off. Prices will vary depending on the size of the lawn.

If you’re selling your home, our Premium Cut would be perfect to get your lawn looking smart for those potential buyers. More regular mowing is recommended.
